World of Warcraft and StarCraft players and fans will be interested in some of the products that were on display from various manufacturers.

Blizzplanet had a representative at the event, and they have posted some nice articles. Between the inside info and the pictures, they had top notch coverage.

Personally, I am very excited to hear about the partnership between Blizzard and USAopoly. USAopoly has created specialized versions of classic games, including Monopoly and Risk, for many years now. Later this year, the company will be releasing Monopoly: World of Warcraft and Risk: StarCraft.

You can read Blizzplanet’s full report about the USAopoly products here. One thing that Blizzplanet emphasizes is that USAopoly is asking people to vote on which game pieces will be the final ones selected to be part of this game. Choices include the corehound pup, a hearthstone, a treasure chest, and even Murky the murloc. The voting is taking place on Facebook. With the artwork on the pieces, gameboard, and cards coming directly from the Blizzard Art Team, these games will be great items for collectors.

Fans have been excited since before BlizzCon about the WoW line being released by Mega Bloks later this year. Of course, we have seen a number of pictures of Thrall, but the display at Toy Fair showed us so much more. Blizzplanet got some nice pictures, and even video of the display, and you can see it all here. Definitely some nice stuff, especially the Stormwind and Orgrimmar gates, and the many vehicles, including horde zeppelins.

DC Unlimited had some figures on display from their recently released sets for both WoW and StarCraft. Newer figures include The Headless Horseman (with Sinister Squashling) and Wildmoon the Moonkin for WoW and Jim Raynor and Zeratul for StarCraft. Check out this page for Blizzplanet’s pictures of these figures and other items available from DC Unlimited.

Thanks to Blizzplanet for the great info and pics. Looks like a great year for those of us who play and love these games, and want even more ways to enjoy them.
